60-minute band set

Start with the shape of the set. Name the piece, add any whole-set notes, rename the music sections, adjust their lengths, and add, remove, or move sections as needed. The totals above the timeline show whether the plan fits the set length.

1. Add the people. Create a performer for each player and enter their instrument library once.
2. Plan each music section. Choose instruments, add instrument changes, sequence the video tracks, and add the transition cues the timekeeper will use.
3. Keep details tucked away. Use Overall set notes for the whole performance and a section’s Notes drawer for information specific to that section. Choose a performer when adding a musician note so its author is always clear.
4. Check the duration. Adjust section lengths manually or use Fit sections to scale the whole set to exactly 60:00.
5. Share a version. Copy the snapshot link and send the short URL. The new snapshot is also added to the Snapshots sidebar on this device.

A snapshot is read-only and does not change the recipient’s saved plan. To continue editing someone else’s snapshot, choose Use as my working plan. Before choosing Start new set, make a snapshot if you want to keep the current plan; starting fresh replaces the working plan saved in that browser.
